INSIGHT: When it comes to water conservation, tiny changes in behavior can make a big difference during a state-wide drought.
IDEA: “SAVE WATER DRINK BEER.” Shocktop donates money to crowdfunding platform Indiegogo to fund new water-saving inventions each month.
As part of our campaign, Shock Top provided $50K in funding toward innovative ideas and solutions to fight the drought in California.
One of them was Droppler, an unobtrusive water monitor that uses advanced audio recognition technology to track water consumption in real-time. With minimal setup, consumers get an immediate visual reminder of how much water is being depleted from their daily water budget to help change habits and reduce consumption.
